U.V. + L.P. ~ The Knot Is Tied!
A year has passed and these two lovebirds gave me the honour of capturing their wedding day. I’ve known Unaizah through choir at the Catholic Chaplaincy at York University (CCY) and it was at one of the retreats where she would meet the love of her life, Len. And what a perfect retreat for that spark to begin, as the topic was on the Theology of the Body.
After not being at CCY for sometime, all three of us reconnected through a really fun Skype interview. I say “fun” because of Len’s humor and knowledge about anything and everything which instigates Chin’s dimple with her smiles and laughter. It was definitely going to be a blessed time with these two!
The ceremony was held at the beautiful church, St. Patrick’s, downtown Toronto. Because of its cathedral-like interior, the CCY choir had filled the air with their angelic voices. Thereafter, we shot the formals around the Grange Park and at the venue The Fifth Grill & Terrace. They had opted to use a cute vintage car from The Electric Bus Company which made for really unique shots.
The reception was a wonderful and intimate one with family from out of town and close friends. It was such a great day that many moments were captured and I had a hard time keeping the image count low for this post. So, I hope you enjoy these highlights and relive Unaizah and Len’s blessed wedding day!
