About Face: Portraiture Series

May 7, 2015

In the army, a soldier would automatically react to the command “About face!!!” by turning from whatever position they were in, towards their superior. In the same light, this year I am starting a series called “About Face” where the subjects are the ones turning towards the lens. I have been privileged enough to meet many people in this industry and I am always intrigued to hear about everyone’s life experiences. I believe it is providential that our paths cross and I get to be a part of their life’s journey.

Every person’s face is unique, one-of-a-kind, no duplication (even with twins, there is a subtle difference). Yet, I get to see the common characteristic of beauty in various forms. We are all made in the image and likeness of God and it is my hope to showcase portraits and head shots in hopes to bring intrigue and revelation to the inner beauty that lies in everyone.

So, I hope enjoy this series! Feel free to follow and get updates through the FB fanpage or Instagram. And if you would like to take part, I would love to meet you and book a session! Please feel free to contact me!

Without further ado, the first installment…
