K.E. + R.O. ~ The Knot Is Tied!
What was a cool and autumn engagement session (almost rainy, even!), only was a precursor to the opposite of Katie and Ryan’s wedding: bright and sunny and hot! It was so hot that even the groom and groomsmen had to relieve themselves from wearing their suit blazers during the formals, only to put them one when I was ready for them.
Otherwise, the day ran according to plan! Captured Katie getting ready with her bridesmaids. Stole away for more snappies of Ryan and his henchmen getting ready, themselves (check out the TMNT mugs). Then, back to Katie to finish off as she slipped into her dress and stunned her father to tears. The ceremony was at the beautiful chapel of the Trafalgar Castle School. Thereafter, we had a great chunk of time to take some dramatic formal portraits inside the castle and continue on to the Oshawa Botanical Gardens. Finally, the party continued on at the Ajax Convention Centre. Beautifully decorated and the buzz of the guests kept the evening going!
Hope you enjoy these highlights of Katie and Ryan’s wonderful wedding day!
At the couple’s request, I had the pleasure of working with second photographer, Jonathan Lee, for the ceremony.
Videography: If anyone ever needs videography, Jonathan Butler is the person you need to book!
