C.G. + I.L. ~ The Knot Is Tied!
Time and time again, I am humbled with clients who are referred by previous clients. Such was the case with Charry and Ian. Charry has been long-time friends with Mandana (and Dan) and her sisters who was the catalyst to future clients. After a great introduction and discussion over the phone, we were set on our way to capture hers and Ian’s wedding.
The wedding day was nothing but showers of blessings. Literally, there was a downpour of rain for the entire day. Yet, that didn’t wash away the smiles and anxious anticipation Charry and Ian had been waiting for, for that day. As a solution to the weather, we shot the formals at the Brookfield Place and then scooted off to the ceremony at St. Paul’s Basilica.
Then, we got to Palais Royale and what an evening it was! It was actually the best banquet hall I have shot at because of their lighting. I hardly had to use my off-camera flash which I normally use. They do have quite a set-up there, so much so, their lighting technician (Rob) so kindly told me more about lights then I could even comprehend…haha! Yet, it worked! It was hard to stop taking pictures, as the decor was exquisite. To add to the fun of the evening, there were a lot of surprise dance numbers: bride-groom, father-daughter, mother-son dance routines that had everyone cheering and entertained. I think that was even my first introduction to Silento’s “Watch Me” song…haha!
Thank you, Charry and Ian for entrusting your referrals (and me) to capture your wedding day! Hope y’all enjoy these highlights!
