I guess you could call this one of my destination weddings, as I had to travel “all the way” to Stratford for Brittany and Alex’s wedding. What a beautiful romantic backdrop to celebrate a wedding. It brings me back to the days my wife and I were dating and enjoying the Shakespearean theatre and the exquisite cuisine that the town had to offer. As residents, it’s no doubt that romance would lead these two lovebirds to their wedding day.
The weather co-operated throughout most of the day. The ceremony ran beautifully and emotions ran high, as Brittany was led down the aisle by her father, only to meet up with Alex, who was full of joyful tears. Continuing on to Victoria Lake for the formal portraits posed to be a fun portion of the day until it started spitting (thankfully, right when we were wrapping up).
With great food to enjoy, enjoyable speeches from the bridal party and parents, to the dancing, this was certainly a memorable night. Hope you enjoy these highlights!
